Moisturise your lips with your regular lip balm. Let your lips become soft for that flawless lipstick application. Now line your lips with a similar shade of lip liner. Start from qupids bow till the corners of your lips. Fill in the lips with the liner. This will hold your lipstick for a longer time. Now fill in your lips with your liquid lipstick. Blot a little with a tissue paper when the lipstick has dried. Now apply the second layer of your liquid lipstick. Line your lips with a foundation or a concealer for that defined look. Buff off and blend foundation and concealer. I hope this was helpful.
