I think reducing wait does not need a lot of effort you just have eat right you may avoid food that contains fat and add fresh veggies to your diet 

Lukewarm water never goes wrong with proper exercise and most important thing is proper routine for exercise eating and sleeping.

Hi Rajashree, you can loose weight upto 10kg in a month by just following some simple steps.

1. avoid junk food and canned product.

2. avoid sugar.

3. start your day with 1 glass lukewarm water. 

4. have 6 meals (breakfast, mid-lunch, lunch, evening snack, dinner, post-dinner) in a day but have small quantity in each meal.

5. always have your meal in the same time.

6. have more fruits n vegetables. have more protein than carbohydrates. have good fats also.

7. exercise for atleast 30mins each day.

8. drink atleast 8 glass of water each day.

9. have atleast 7 hours of sleep each day.

10. don't sit for atleast 30 mins after food. have 1 glass of water 30mins before each meal and have 1 glass of water 30mins after meal. don't drink immediately after food.
