Hey Sameera ,hope you are doing well.As you wanted to know how acne can be treated I would like to advise you to rub ice cube on the affected area 5 times a day with atleast 1-2 hours gap in between each application.Also I would suggest changing your face wash to a medicated one . I prefer Cetaphil cleaner.Do consider going to dermat as acne is also caused by physiological problems.

I would like to state that I'm no expert here and have gone through my phase of bad acne and the above advice is juct from my experience.
