Hey @Vibho SharmaFace puffiness can be because medical conditions (like symptoms of hypothyroidism) ,  side effects of medicines, poor diet (more of fat and carbs consumption), dehydration ,alcohol intake ,face fat (mostly seen in obese and over weight people). First identify reasons for face puffiness/fat, or visit doctor once.You can do facial exercise like Just suck in your cheeks and lips as we use to do now try smiling, hold the posture for 5 seconds, you will feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws.Hold this position 5 second and release, repeat it 10 times and see. (for cheeks and jawline fat).Later on tilt your head towards the ceiling, keeping your eyes fixed towards it. Now, make your lips tight, as if trying to kiss the ceiling, hold it till a count of 10 seconds and relax.(for double chin).

Hey @Vibho SharmaIf its swelling apply an ice or cold pack immediately to prevent or minimize swelling. Apply the ice or cold pack for 10 to 20 minutes, 3 or more times a day. After 48 to 72 hours, if swelling is gone, apply warmth to the area that hurts.
