Choose a sunscreen according to your skintype and the SPF it has. The most important thing is to check the ingredient whether it's a physical sunscreen or chemical sunscreen.

Chemical sunscreen should be applied 30mins before u step out whereas physical sunscreen doesn't need to be applied 30 mins before. 

Physical sunscreen usually have titanium dioxide or zinc oxide as the UV filter. I prefer physical sunscreen over a chemical one. If it has oxybenzone then it is not good for your skin.

Sunscreen with good spf is best.

Sunscreen is not a repairing solution but it's just a protection of skin from harmful Ray's.

So as summer is nearing I would suggest u to get good spf so that the harsh sunrays won't damage u.

Also u can get gel based sun screen as per us skin kind.
