Onion juice helps a lot... You can also go for The DIY's for onion seed oil on YouTube... Reasons for hair fall vary.. So first understand the reason behind it like it may be hormones, stress, water, genetical and external damage. And aslo if hairfall is due to dandruff go for egg white mask on hair with cream and aloe gel.. Hope I helped....!!
