U can go with wow skin science onion and black seed hair oil it will definitely help to get rid of the hair fall I use it atleast 6months apter my delivery it helps me a lot...as I have lost my hair now I can see a visible result it has filled my forehead in 6months it will also make your hair more smooth than before... Just because u can't be able to use onion juice as a home remedy due to it's bad smell it 'll also consume your time to.
