I am 46 yrs, have never used make up of any sorts, I only use moisturizer and sunblock. I had dry skin during winters but of late I am having extremely dry skin during winters and dry skin conditions during summers too. I have darks spots and freckles too. Please suggest a good skin care regime and which product to use. I use scrub sometimes.
