You can follow a healthy skin care regime for oil acne prone skin by including the Cleansing- Toning- Moisturizing as a daily & Masks once as a weekly routine. Try using a face wash with apple cider vinegar or just use some salt with your regular face wash it works great on acne and one of the best hacks to fight acne and dark spots.

Hey, Try mild face cleansers like cetaphil,  truophile or  Emodel.  Follow it with Green Tea toner and salicylic acid serum. But since you're having acne since early age I'd suggest you to get body checked as well:)
