Hey!! Toners are a boujee step in skincare and are honestly not necessary. Back in the day, they would use toners to balance the pH levels of the skin after using a stripping cleanser. These days cleansers are formulated correctly and they are mostly not stripping. If u are on a budjet skip the toner.
