I am breaking out one side of my face like nobody's business. And that side of the skin has become dry and reddish and bit black. Plz help..

I don't knw my skin time sometimes it's supper oily and sometime very dry n flaky. I used to get pimples when I was in 12th or something. Then in degree it stopped. Again I don't knw why im breaking out. I'm 21. Complexion fair.
