Use some mild shampoo which does not contain parabens and sulphate. And use hot oil treatment atleat l twice a week. And also maintain healthy diet. Try to drink carrot and beetroot juice on daily basis. Include ciya seeds and flax seeds in your diet. Hope this helped.
