I am suffering from to much hairfall problem

My hair is very rough and curle.... But I m suffering from too much hair fall..... I have used too much products  Himalaya and head and shoulder and garnier shampoos .... Hairfall is now a big issue for me.... So if u can suggest something

4 things to maintain for stopping hairfall and grow hai fast:

1.Message your hair daily with pure jojoba oil.

a)Mix a few drops of rosehip essential oil if ur hair feels lifeless.

b)If ur hairfall is due to dandruff then mix few drops of tea tree oil with jojoba oil.

2. Switch to sls and paraben free shampoo (this reduces hairfall upto 40%)

3. most hair and skin problems are due to hard water. Buy a bathroom water purifier.

4. Sleep at right time in night and wake up early. Eat protein rich foods.

Following all above steps will reduce hairfall upto 90%-95%. Our whole body sheads 90-100 hair daily in average. So 100% hairfall reduction can't be achieved.
