Lot of hair fall all of a sudden and hair are becoming freeze

Hi Priya, Fenugreek possesses hair growth promoting properties. It not only reduces hair loss significantly but also stimulates new hair growth.


	Soak half a cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
	Grind the soaked paste and apply it as a hair mask.
	Leave it on for 30-60 minutes and rinse it off with water.


You may do this once a week.

Hey .. oil you hair one night before  shampoo .  And  use  hair mask of Kari pataa.    I irecommend you to use  coconut oil  . Instead of those chemical hair oils  :) and stop taking stress  .. donor  comb wet hair . And whenever you comb your hair . Start combing them from tip than slowing going in small upward motion . .
