Yes, it harm us in long run. i prefer parabanes,sls free products..whether it is a facewash,mask or shampoo..there are many brands available for parabanes free product like Plum,Aroma magic, Khadi  Naturals, Mamaearth, Just herbs,Vlcc ayurveda range..and many more...just make sure whatever product u use just check the whole list of ingrdients on back of pack first..then use..hope u will find find tour product soon..

Hi @Fouzia JabeenUsing paraben free product is the best gift you can give your skin. But  there are many things we consume in food or use in makeup which are harmful for health which we know, but we continue.On long terms usage a paraben based product might react for your health. Paraben is a preservative which is synthetic or we can say man made, and there is no such proved evidence from science in my knowledge which says its good or bad.
