You don't have to worry about it much. Since it is lockdown, no one will judge you. I think all you should do in this time is to apply a good quality cold-pressed coconut oil on your scalp and massage. Apply oil two-three hours prior to your shower or bath. Try this for atleast month or so. Main your consistent efforts. And don't get shocked or worried it will only add to your hair fall problems. By what you are saying I think your hairstylist has over processed your hair. It's time for some TLC now. A Plex treatment will repair the hair internally. Plex treatments work on the bonds of your hair to repair and make them stronger. There are different inces like olaplex, fiberplex, wellaplex so check with your stylist. Do it once a week in the salon for about 4-6 sessions. Keratin treatment is another option. Please do not oil your hair. It will not help in the process. You can even use a deep conditioning mask instead of a conditioner. U should never do smoothning over coloured hair , keep doing masking over the coloured hair atleast for 10 mins everyday, this is the only alternative u have and keep having trimming the moment ur hsir grows as cutting them is the best option until then keep doing conditioning and masking and don't do oiling it will worsen the situation

I underwent hair smoothening treating last year and my hair just like you said became extremely dry and frizzy, and I started loosing hair like crazy, I suggest you try one of these hair masks and do use a conditioner after you shampoo. Also I suggest you to oil your hair regularly and if the hair specialist has asked you not to oil, make sure you use Aloe Vera Gel as an alternative.
