Dear..all ds has happened due to hormonal changes during pregnancy...my baby is one yr old now..i also faced problem of pimples bt different than yours...for spots reduction u can try The moms co. Products that i tried also ..which are natural n safe..u can rub aloevera gel there it will take time bt diminish soon
