I have some few remedies for you as you are saying that your scalp is oily and your roots are dry.Use kaolin clay it's also known as White clay or China clay.  it easily available on online shops and you can also visit your grocery shop .mix kaolin clay  with warm water keep it aside for 5 to 6 minutes and then apply from your scalp to roots keep it for about 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with water and I'm pretty much sure that you can see the difference in one wash. your hair will feel smooth, bouncy ,Shiny and your scalp will not be that much greesy plus roots will not be that much dry.For thickening your hair and to stop the hair fall you can go with onion remedy ,because onion is the best thing you can do to your hairs to regain your hair growth and hair density .just crush one or two onions in Blender take it out the juice put it in a spray bottle or directly applied on your scalp to the hair, keep it for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off you can do this remedy two to three times a week and your hair will start growing and the hairfall will be minimum(will not stop) for in about 2 weeks just , and have some patience.Ps- none remedy can stop hair fall. it's a natural thing and it has to be done. all you can do is minimise the amount of hair fall in a day and that recipe will help you a lot.

For shampoo and conditioner you can use pantene and for hair oil use a mixture of coconut oil, olive oil,  castor oil.
