I have acne like bumps left on my chin area from old acne. How can I get rid of that

I have acne prone skin and specifically chin and cheeks. My problem is some of the old acne after drying left scars looking  Exactly like acne. My chin is filled with flat bumps and in proper ligh it looks like my chin is filled with new acne. How can I get rid of these.?
