Avoid scented products,  use paraben free non comedogenic products, do not rub skin, out product on cool  skin, avoid scrubbing or face washes with sulfate,  pat dry, use bactroban  ointment on the allergic areas, do not use alcohol containing toner, use water based moisturizers.  Avoid sun heat n pollution, clean skin with mild soap twice, moisture,  followup with good diet, less dairy products, n detox, try to keep system clean in the morning
