U need to trim it hair if split end occurs and u should use products which has tea tree or lemon to make ur scalp feel fresh

You may want to check out thet  CG method. Curly hair must be combed only in the shower when it's wet to avoid frizz. I had faced the same problem for years and i recently switched to CG routine and no more frizz! As for the existing split ends, trim them and start over.
