For dry and rough hair you can use Tresemme Rejenuvation shampoo with tresemme rejenuvation conditioner.

For hairfall you should the cause of it.Depending on that we have to treat it.

For oil you can make DIY oil by mixing  coconut oil,almond oil,olive oil and castor oil.you can apply before shower and let it stay for 30 mins and wash it off.It will help your hair to grow fast and it becomes smooth and shiny
