Hi Tulika,You should try using a moisturizing lotion like Nivea Nourishing Body Milk (http://www.nykaa.com/nivea-nourishing-body-mlk.html). Reapply a few times a day when your skin starts to feel dry and stretched. Don't forget to use sunscreen as well.
