Hello there, you can use Apple cider vinegar with 1:1 ratio of water as a toner. AHA BHA also helps with this condition. You can checkout Salicylic acid or  Glycolic Acid based products to dissolve the rough skin texturing cells too. However I believe ACV does a good job too. Make sure to buy Organic with Mother.
