Hey Heena, papaya promotes hair growth. Also the nutrients in papaya help prevent balding. Eating the fruit atleast thrice a week can help reduce hair thinning.

You can blend papaya, banana, yoghurt and coconut oil together into a thick paste. Leave on for 30 minutes and wash off.

Papaya woud not fade the color but help to improve the texture of hair.
