I have small pimples on the head, I want to know why I am getting them and how should I get rid of it.

Actually i have small pimples on my head..i tried everything ..but i can&rsquo;t get rid of these pimples or acne..so plz suggest me something

Remember not to itch your scalp as the pimples on the head may be filled with pus, and once the pimple is damaged, the liquid may flow out spreading to other areas of the scalp. This, in turn, may spread infections, causing more pimples on the head. Tips to avoid the growth of pimples on the head:Salicylic acid is a hydroxy acid commonly used to treat acne, psoriasis, and other skin conditions. Salicylic acid can treat a dry scalp causing pimples as well. Refrain from touching the pimple repeatedly as this will only cause the infection or bacteria to spread.Gently wash the area with a cleanser to make sure you get rid of any build-upAvoid using oily hair or facial products as this may aggravate pimples.You can use anti-acne medication, lotion, or washes, under the prescription of a doctor. Dear...if pimples are on ur head means at hair shafts then wash it with luke warm neem water or if on forhead then don't use any chemicals ..just use fresh neem leaves extract over that area and you will see the change in one -two application urself...let the pimples disappear then i will futher suggest you good products to keep these acnes at bay

First of all make sure there is no dandruff in your hairs . If no dandruff, use tea tree face wash from body shop and blemish gel as well as from the same brand. I hope it will help.

Get rid of all the make up before going to bed.

Use a few drops of tea tree oil with Aloe Vera gel as a bed time moisturizer.

It's happening may be because you have oily scalp and clogged follicles..use salicylic acid based shampoos it will help to kill the bacteria causing pimples.. or any good anti dandruff shampoo to make sure there is no fungal infection..
