I have tiny dots in my face which has white pus those arent pimples

I want to know if something can be done about the tiny dots which are not pimples but has white pus coming out from them

You to need to see dermatologist for that. These are something called fox Fordyce spots due to blockage of duct of gland. U need to see proper dermatologist.for that. I am a physician so  actually i cant prescribe anything
