Hi Prashansa,Soak your nails in mild warm water for 5 min after that use a towel to dry your feet apply and massage in any petroleum jelly on your cuticles and let it be there for a minute, now use a cuticle pusher to push your cuticle and than cut them with the cuticle cutter remember not to push hard otherwise you may hurt yourself.Hope this helps!
