Hey, i have had oily eyes lids or eyes with moisture. the best solution for me has been applying kajal and then coating it with a nice eyeliner. may be this can help.

Hi, Preeti Singh the best solution for a smudge-free kajal is apply a gel liner on the water line. Once it dries out it will not budge.

You can dab a little translucent powder around your eyes to absorb excess oil.  And yes, use a long-lasting and smudge-proof kajal.
