Hey... even I had this issue till sometime back...I realised it was due to dehydrated skin...I tried Citaphil hyper hydrating moisturiser on the effected area and then applied forest essential eladi face cream. Have been working well for me..apply sunscreen when stepping out over this. For more budget option try ponds flawless radiance cream...I find it’s formulation to be really good too. Let me if it works :)
