Do you know it takes 6 months for your uterus to go back to its predelivery state? So don't rush. Eat well, a lot and healthy. Post delivery you will have B complex n iron deficiency which will result in dull skin. So improve from within. And get good sleep. Your complexion will return to normal. 
use sugar based scrub twice a month. And loofah every alternate day gently though. Use palmolive body wash. It return moisture n makes skin look fairer.

Better suggestion is to first consult a skin specialist and then go for any kind of product for your face or body.For many the skin condition changes after sometime of post delivery. Meantime you can use multani Mitti at home which is really good for oily skin
