Hey Tejash,

You can try a home remedy using apple cider vinegar,just add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a cup of water.Mix well and soak a cotton ball in it.
Dab the soaked cotton ball gently all over your back, concentrating on the acne-prone areas.Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes.Rinse it off.

	Mix seven drops of tea tree with a teaspoon of any carrier oil (like coconut oil).
	Apply the mixture all over your back.
	Leave it on overnight and wash it off the next morning.

I had this problem of bacne during last summer, I used the Neutrogena Rainbath Refreshing Shower And Bath Gel for a month and used to keep the area clean and if possible sweat free too, and it really helped me to overcome the bacne .
