I use lip balm and then apply lipstick.  But it doesnt stay long . Also mu upper lip is dark contrast to the lower.Please suggest.

you should apply lip balm and let it stay for 5 to 10 minutes so that your lips are well moisturised .. and before applying your lipstick remove your lip balm.. for getting a long lasting lipstick look apply littile foundation on your lips before applying lipstick.. this will mke your lipstick stay long lasting.. and another trick is top your lipstick with little bit of baby powder..and again give a thin coat of lipstick on it..
