I want to lose 7 kilos in the next six months. Any tips?

Hi , u didn't mention Ur age but anyway.. few tips with which I personally lost 10 to 14 kgs in 3 to 6 months.. no gym expenses. No heavy pocket diet, only focus and little knowledge went well with me. I gained 25 kgs .. this was post baby and after 7 months I started this routine.

1) limit Ur calorie intake to 900 to 1200 perday ( I logged whatever I ate)

2) drink  Luke warm water mostly.. no cold water

3) I walked and counted on pedometer very simple ( 3k to 6k) in night. After last meal 

4) reduce to one chapati each in lunch & dinner

5)  drink at least 2.5 ltrs water everyday .. I actually. Counted my glasses.

6) I included milk, dry fruits, oats and flaxseed in roti .  In my meals. + Dal and curd everyday 

7) 10 mins exercise whatever , whenever was possible

8) I  limited tea, soda and white rice,  intake 

9) I prepared green tea made of ginger, organic Tulsi tea, ..

Q: I want to lose 7 kilos in the next six months. Any tips?
