As a new mum, you will be spending lots of time sitting and feeding your baby and relaxing by yourself. There will not be a lot of exercising that you can do or a diet plan that you can follow. Hence take care of few things like avoiding fried foor , sugar , junk and unhealthy food, stress. You can slowly start giving time to exercise, by doing brisk walking or running , also eating right and good food that can boost metabolism will help you.You can definetly try some home remedies to lose stubborn belly fat:


	Drinking cinnamon tea before bed and before having breakfast can also help in burn that stubborn belly fat. Add about half a teaspoon of cinnamon in warm water and drink the concoction. Infact, cinnamon is known to have fat burning properties, so you can simply replace sugar by cinnamon in your regular teas, coffees and even cornflakes! 
	In a glass of lukewarm water, add the juice of a lemon and a dash of honey. Mix it and drink the water everyday on an empty stomach. This will help in detoxification and burn fat from the body

I’m sorry there are no easy answers to this. Even if you follow a low-fat diet, regularly workout and strength train, you may not lose the flab around your middle. Your body decides when, where and how much fat you’ll lose, and try as you might, some fat is more stubborn than your best efforts or impossible to achieve without taking your body fat to unhealthy levels. Instead why don’t you focus on what you can control, that is, how much and what you eat, adequate exercise and a healthy lifestyle?
