Hi the most safest home remedy for the same is to use milk.. before washing your face with a facewash in the morning and before you sleep. Just cleanse your face by dipping a cotton ball in milk and applying the same over your face.. lightly massage it and then wash of with a face wash. Try this remedy for a week or two and see the difference in your skin tone.
