Hello,

Please consult a doctor firstly try some tests like PCOS/PCOD, thyroid or any other harmonal issues. Check your vitamins deficiency like zinc, vitamin D, iron deficiency  ndnot the least vitamin b12. 

#Add some more zinc nd iron in your diet.

#Add some vitamin D and calcium.

I'm giving you some home remedies I hope it will help you:

#Take 1 tablespoons of onion juice add some castor oil mix it well and apply on your scalp evenly. Onions has rich amount of sulphur it helps to regrowth your hair faster and castor oil has a very good source of vitamin E,C n zinc.

#Add some multivitamins in your diet that doesn't have any side effects.

Like Biotin, Vitamin D, 

#Add Amla to your diet on a regular basis, nd also you may apply on your hairs. 

#Take one tablespoon of triphala churna daily in night with luke warm water before going to your bed.
