Hello there, You can try The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid Emulsion 2% or The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%. Also look into the depth what is the reason behind your acne, and try to address that. It may be because of some health issues like PCOD or PCOS or unhealthy lifestyle etc. Visiting a good dermatologist may help.
