In summer my skin is oily but my skin goes through hell when the season transitions to winter. Throughout winter I have dry flaky patches in my skin and I also have random pimples showing up everywhere. I normally use a gel based moisturizer in summer and I've tried a heavier cream based moisturizer in winter but it doesn't do any good and my Normal gel is too light and the dry patches show up. What should I do?
