Why don't you try some home remedies to lighten the skin near underarms.

Orange peels can be used to lighten the skin under your arms.Grind the dried orange peels into powder form.Mix two teaspoons of this powder with  rose water and milk to make a thick paste.Gently scrub your underarms with the paste and then leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes.

No genuinely not possible but it can be lighten a little. Daily use moisturiser before deodorant in your underarms. Use deodorant which are gas free like roll on from the body shop. Continue using home made lightening mask with yogurt and turmeric and besan. Decrease the frequency of waxing to limited occasion. Don’t use any other mode of hair removal. And if you are really tired of all this. Laser will help to much extent but it’s a costly affair.
