Sunscreen is always a must when you are exposed to sun after 8.30am and before 6.30pm... You can go sunscreen free in the interim... Would also suggest using an umbrella / hats in addition to sunscreen...  Sunscreen should be replied ever 4 hours too...  I'm sorry, if this is too much information ?

Sunscreen is always must... you should never avoid sunscreen. Sun's UV rays are harmful for skin. It cause wrinkles and dull your skin. Sunscreen is the ultimate step of your skin care. So always wear sunscreen before stepping out from house... use sunscreen even in evening times.
