Hey Anmol Thapar, Lakme Absolute Matte Melt Liquid Lip Color has velvety finish with smooth texture. It glides on smoothly and has super stay power, also it's highly pigmented. I have ordered Lakme stuff many a times from Nykaa but didn't face any such problem for products.
