I've sickling so I can't be active more than 4 hour's in productive task (reading , home job like cooking cleaning, any task which tired me physically mentally) and fall sleep which affect my educational ,professional and personal life other wise normally i'll fine if I not do any productive task just eat roam anywhere pls help me to suggest thing which can improve my energy levels don't fall me sleep And can do more productive task more efficiently thanks
