I have hairfall problem my scalp is itching and very thin hair  and dandruff which shampoo will suit me

1. Improve your diet.

2. Treat dandruff with an anti-dandruff shampoo (Bodyshop ginger shampoo suggested). 

3. Treating dandruff will reduce your hairfall to some extent.

4. Promote new hair growth with onion juice, warm oil massage, DIY hair masks.

5.Masks will make your hair soft along with hair growth promotion.

6. Finally use mild shampoo, conditioners and leave in serums for the perfect hair you wish to have.

First of all improve your diet, your body needs nutrition. Eat a multivitamin daily, if you are a vegetarian eat paneer,milk,sprouts if non vegetarian then eat eggs, chicken. You need protein in your diet, and exercising also helps a lot. Home remedies like applying curd or egg and onion juice for hairfall also works, actually onion juice works miracles. Now coming on shampoo, use a mild shampoo which does not contain sulphates and parabens. Firstly improve your diet it will help. For frizz control use a good conditioner and a serum after wash.
