1st I would like to say don't think that ur hairfall will stop in a month, these steps for at least for half an year religiously & u will love the results.

Step 1:- Oiling 

Use Soulflower Castor oil & Indus Valley extra Virgin Coconut oil. Mix them in 1:1 ration, with the help of a dropper apply on the roots of ur hair, massage for 5 mints(its important). Leave this on for overnight or a day if possible

Step 2:- Shampoo

Use  SLES/SLS/Prabeen free shampoo, Mamaearth Onion Shampoo. Mix 5 drops of Elixier Hairfall serum, add water & apply. Massage generously & leave for 5 mints. If u don't want u can skip the hairfall serum

Step 3:- Conditioner

Use Mamaearth Argan hair mask. Apply only to theid length to the tip. Do not use on ur scalp even if its written on the product. Use this once in 15 days. Don't worry if u skip condition for a day

Step 4:- Use an old cotton cloth or microfiber towel to dry ur hair. Simply wrap it around & let it soak the water. Once ur hair is damp remove the towel & apply Argan oil. It will control frizz & u will b able to detangle ur hair

Use a wooden comb ​​​​​​,start brushing ur hair from the bottom & work ur way up. Do not use plastic comb it will increase breakage.

Use silk/satin pillow it will also reduce friction while u sleep, hence less breakage. Always tie ur hair in a bun or a braid when u sleep. Don't sleep with ur hair open
