Vusit a skin doc first and check if u can consume cetrizine (as u mentioned itching - sign of active fungus on skin) once that use gulabari rose water soaking wipes on face it'll act as coolent on face and whenever u wash scrub ur face make sure u use toner and close all pores so makeup doesnt enter ur skin. Also use primer base of good company for eg colorbar or loreal hydrating face gel before applying makeup

You can try Forest Essentials Facial Ubtan Narangi & Nagkesar -  by mixing it with tomato juice or with aloe vera or even with rose water. Orange peel and turmeric in it work wonders for acne and acne spots, as it works as a  natural astringent, anti-oxidant, detoxifies and has antiseptic properties.
