Hey Kavita,,if ur skin colour of neck is dark tht can be becz of more skin layers there if overweight n if ur normal weighted person then check ur blood sugar levels bcz insulin resistance is a condition which gives rise to African nigricans...it's a kind of disease in which skin bcm s darker in the folds like neck underarms etc..

it will go away whn sugar levels stabilised..so have a check on tht..

other than tht u can di scrubbing n apply topical creams etc
