May be because when you put your conceler or foundation on lids you don&rsquo;t set it with a loose powder put on some conceler on your lids blend it nicely with no harsh lines and then set it with some loose powder and start with your eyeshadow and blend your eyeshadow well with good blending brush

Use a concealer before applying eye shadow
