Hey Pooja, the first step to getting rid of dullness from your face is by removing the layer of dead skin cells by exfoliation. In order to do so, mix some honey and sugar granules in a bowl and then apply it on your face and neck evenly. Rub gently to get rid of dead skin cells and then wash your face with water.
