1. Use sulfate and paraben-free shampoo.

2. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week with suitable shampoo.

2. Proper oiling. 

3. Use chemical free conditioner.

4. Don't use heating machines such as  straightener/curler/dryer too much on your hair.
